WebCenter is a framework to build very powerful structures and procceses tailored to fit each unique business and team. It is easy to get a simple system in place, and that alone can be a very helpful tool for organization. There is so much customization available that you need to be well trained so you don't build a clumsy or fragile system through poor choises.
