The product is still evolving, and while I appreciate the frequent updates and improvements, I sometimes find myself wanting for certain features. That being said, the Equals team is incredibly responsive to feedback. There is a slight learning curve in the early stages, but they have some great support articles. The ability to query data direclty from SQL and then manipulate with a spreadsheet. Its helped our team learn SQL in a very familiar environment (spreadsheet) and query data with ease. Most reporting tools I've used get the job most of the way done at which point data needs to be exported to excel and manipulated to get reporting where it needs to be. When I joined my current company a third party consulting company was created to create a snapshot of revenue reporting consolidating four different systems. This required 5 different workbooks that would often crash. One for each system and then another one to consolidate the other 4 workbooks.

I was able to implement a similar analysis and get the same results using just Equals. This now allows me to create a real system of record which we use everyday. Any issues that I run into, support has been incredibly fast to resolve them as well as receptive to ideas for my particular use case.

Seeing this, we created a fully automated dashboard for our sales opportunities reporting that can show how each opportunity has changed week over week. This is not something possible in any CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to combine SQL queries with live data with excel functionality is unique and extremely valuable. It allows us to scalably tie together data from different sources in an automated fashion and analyze every aspect of our business with far less manual analysis than before. As a startup they are still developing some of the core features and all the functionality that you are used to in E.g. Google sheets is not there yet and there are sometimes bugs. I use Equals to connect to our database and conduct a variety of analysis from engagement, usage, attrition, etc.. The AI guide that helps debug queries has been extremely helpful as it helps me develop evermore complex queries to facilitate my analysis.

Equals help automate and manage our KPI reporting, facilitating conversation and performance monitoring much easier. What used to be countless downloads of CSVs and reports across so many platforms, now are much easier thanks to them. There are many options where the data could come from - our bank accounts, standard accounting softwares, data warehouses and even good ol google sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there's more options on visualizations and bank accounts that's being supported. Some major banks are not currently supported at the moment, but the team is very quick on following through with the feedback!
