What do you like best about Enterprise Chatbot Platform?

The platform itself has everything we were looking for in a platform: WhatsApp and website channels support, custom integrations with our tools, and the ability to create a chatbot for different languages. In addition, BotsCrew has a team of experienced conversational designers that supported us during our flow-building stage. We were looking for a solution to create a website widget and a FB messenger chatbot while integrating with the current tools we use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We were able to really quickly set up and connect the chatbot on our website. Also, the platform is integrated with our CRM, which is the most important thing for us. We were able to integrate the platform with other tools you don't expect a chatbot to integrate with. Like email automation, Facebook events tracking, Google Analytics, etc. Since we're an analytics platform, it was necessary to track everything accurately. And we achieved it with ECP.
