- It remembers everyones work anivesary and birthday, thats hard for a human to remmber all employes birthday and aniversay untill unless you are super human.

- Easy to appricate anyone by sending kudos to them either its your senior or juniors.

It was very easy to integrate EngageWith to our slack. We primarily use it to shoutout our employees who did a good job. It is easy to do so. What's great about this is that if feels different compared to a normal message. We use it often to shoutout employees whose work was exemplary over the sprints.
