What do you dislike about EngageWith?

The gamification aspect, while engaging for some, might not resonate with everyone and could even demotivate individuals who dislike competitive environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

Powerful product that allows businesses to enhance their employee engagement. It provides a platform for peer-to-peer recognition, allowing employees to recognize each other’s contributions meaningfully. This helps boost morale and job satisfaction and creates a positive company culture based on appreciation and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

Currently, I have no negative feedback towards EngageWith as I am still in the process of testing out the product. Nonetheless, it is possible for certain drawbacks to arise such as its pricing system or the level of difficulty involved in mastering all of its features. In the end, it all comes down to personal requirements and preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

I love the simplicity and its usage which helps us in recognising and appreciating our teammates which eventually helps us in building a bond. This acts as an extra motivation as you receive shoutout and kudos , which you can redeem and enjoy. This act as a push force which helps us do our job efficiently and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

I believe there should be more options in qualities shown as we are limited to only few. This will help us in posting the exact qualities. Also if there is an option where we can customise our own gif. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

It helps me to show my appreciation for my coworkers in a really fun way. It's a really fun way to engage with coworkers and cheer them on for doing super cool stuff! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

I wish I had more points to give shoutouts. It would also be nice to have the ability ro choose the gif or meme that's attached to the shoutout. The ability to choose would make it a little more personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

One has the option to reward your own colleagues for small little help rendered during work. Also, the options available to redeem the coins are varied in nature like flipkart. This gives one ample option to the redeemer to choose from instead of being compelled to use it in a particular platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

To be honest during the entire time when I've used. there is nothing as such to be disliked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

It is easy to use, shout-outs and kudos is a good way of acknowledging people for their work. The points you accumulate is a nice touch and redeeming them for something also makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

Recognition, kudos in my view has to be a bit more organic. In my experience I've seen people use it sporadically and others pile on after someone sends a shoutout.

The whole did you recognise someone this week reminder doesn't work.

Needs deeper integration, as a standalone product / feature it fails to create recall or make someone immediately think of Engage With when they want to appreciate a colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jijith Murali of EngageWith

Thank you very much Ankit for taking the time and sharing a valuable review!

Ensuring that we are engaging with the entire team. Basics like connecting them, or recognizing your team member's efforts in front of the entire team. This really helps given that we are working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

Should introduce more interactions or gamify the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

The ease with which you can use the add-on on Slack.

The engagement you receive in a short span of time.

I haven't used its competitors, so not sure how it fares against them, but overall a good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

Not a lot. Weekly notifications are a little annoying.

No, there is nothing that I haven't realised that could make this better. However, maybe fixing the weekly notifications can help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EngageWith?

The best part of the platform is the seamless integration on slack. It allows us to take the time out to recognize our teammates for the efforts that they are putting in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageWith?

It at times can get quite distracting, you are in the middle of something and if these activities are done too frequently, breaks the state of deep work which is required to have more satisfaction in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
