ngageWith offers a seamless and convenient way to recognize and reward colleagues, even in a remote work setup. Its point-based system allows for easy redemption of points for various practical gifts like food vouchers and e-commerce gift cards, making the rewards relatable and valuable. One potential issue to be mindful of is the possibility of running out of points towards the end of the month when giving recognitions. It is essential to exercise caution in managing points to ensure that you can appropriately appreciate the exceptional work of your colleagues. However, this is more of an organizational consideration rather than a flaw with the product itself, and it can be resolved by providing more points to reward others. I like Engagewith due to the fun elements attached to it. The multitude of benefits (Different stores) through which you can encash your rewards is amazing! I love the fact that it depends on the user on how to redeem the rewards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not seen any such instances which I don't like about the product. However, I feel there can be a feature through which we can be anonymous to give a shoutout. Something I am also thinking is an option to choose the Denomination of amount for the review to be dynamic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to carry out recognition and rewards within an organisation, even if it's a remote work culture. The rewards are point-based and can be redeemed against very relatable and handy gifts online, including food vouchers, e-commerce gift cards, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Need to be cautious while using points to give our recognitions as sometimes, towards the end of the month, you could run out of points and would not be able to appreciate your colleague's exemplary work.
This, however, is not so much a product issue and can be fixed by the organisation using it by giving out more points to reward others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EngageWith excels in providing a wide range of tools and resources to enhance interaction and engagement. The platform offers numerous communication channels, including chat rooms, discussion boards, and video conferencing, allowing users to connect and collaborate effortlessly. The real-time messaging and notifications ensure that you never miss out on important updates or conversations, keeping you fully engaged and connected with the community. While EngageWith is an exceptional platform overall, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. One drawback is the occasional lag or technical glitches experienced during peak usage periods. Although this does not significantly impact the overall functionality of the platform, it can sometimes disrupt the seamless user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Engage with makes shoutouts mean a little more. It also means we can show management actual numbers of who is getting recognised and who are the team players. Also who is often doing the recognising which is important too.
We have around 100 users and many seem to use it regularly.
Support is great, willing to listen and make improvements quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Good product, although took time to set up And get everybody to have points and be able to give points. There were some teething issues early that have been solved since
There are probably too many prompts for me to recognise someone. I know it's the only lever you have to pull, but those messages just disengage people, and make them hate the app. Everytime I get one, it makes me a little more annoyed that I'm being reminded. Especially since I am already the top recogniser, surely you know I do great recognitions and don't need daily reminders to give kudos to my team.
Maybe just send those messages to individuals who have never sent a shoutout.
Their website is not responsive, their platform is not responsive, so I could not do anything on mobile when we had initial issues. However support has been great helping us through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how engage with helps to recognise employees work from their team leads or manager. Whenever my team lead recognises me regarding any milestone or just a simple task, engage with puts in the general channel, which helps me show my work to the whole company, and that part helps with salary increments. It's annoying when engage with shares poems and stuff in Slack. Also, it asks me to redeem points even though I have 0 points. I earned 100 points, and when I went to redeem it, it said you can not redeem it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a platform in which instant gratitude and recognition can be expressed. It's also an excellent tool for understanding the team's general mood. More than all this, it provides our employees with an ecosystem to voice their views on various aspects of their role, the company's culture, their aspirations, etc. EngageWith is a one-stop shop for all employee engagement and employee appreciation activities. Not exactly a dislike, but it would be fantastic if they had an instant mood calculator that we could initiate to understand how our team is feeling at any given time. Another feature that would truly help, is having more options to connect remote teams, other than virtual coffee. more avenues for people to get to know others. I like how EngageWith pops up as its own Slack channel so as to keep employees engaged but isn't distracting. I see it used frequently in the HR Slack communities I'm part of to poll people on topics and help them get to know one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Originally I felt like I was getting too many notifications, largely because many of the Slack communities I'm part of use the tool. And because I'm part of a handful of communities, I keep getting too many pop up notifications. Once I turned those off, it stopped being disruptive. It still exists within my Slack channels, though, so I can access them when I have a free moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
