What do you like best about Engagespot?

Engagespot does what it should. You can easily create notifications for in-app, email and web. Integration in Teams etc. Engagespot has one of the fastest supports I've ever seen. Always responsive and very fast to fix bugs. Some more minor things could be done in the in-app notifications inbox so that the user experience will be improved even better. What do you dislike about Engagespot?

What problems is Engagespot solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I built my app, I wanted to add a notification capability to make it engaging. I wanted to make the notification experience similar to that of other popular apps out there in the market.
