What do you like best about Engagedly?

What do you dislike about Engagedly?

The system is very poorly designed and not easy to follow/use. Normally with software like this, it just takes some getting used to. However I have used Engagedly for a number of years now, and I still strongly dislike the way it has been set up. My colleagues also find it fiddly. I think there are better options out there. What do you like best about Engagedly?

I love that your able to impersonate users to assist them through any questions or issues they may be experiencing when wanting to share a post on the social feed, set goals for perforamnce reviews, or redeem rewards they've earned. Engagedly has allowed for innovative performance management tool that is user friendly. I check Engagedly everyday to stay current/engaged with employees who share current events or important information on the social feed who may work in a remote envirnmont! What do you dislike about Engagedly?

One disadvantage of Engagedly is the inability to award multiple badges in 1 post to the same user. I'd like to see some aestetic enhancements - maybe adding more color. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Engagedly is a well-intentioned, great looking product that comes up short in some of the more advanced tasks that it is looking to complete. The people at Engagedly are seemingly wonderful...I think they may entertain us more than react to s, but that's another story. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The goal setting feature is great and has worked to help evolve how our organization approaches goal setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engagedly?

For the purposes of how our organization utilizes the check-in feature, it is not very user-friendly. It is complicated that check-ins are avilable only three days prior to the due date but stay available for two weeks after. Also, it is difficult to pull reports to get the information we need. For example, if i were wanting to know which employees did not complete a check-in over the last 90 days I have to filter all the way through the completed ones - it is a lot of cross-referencing. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The most helpful thing about Engagedly is the Customer Support. My favorite modules are performance and 360, but others are great too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engagedly?

Getting lost when you are the Admin who also manages people. Sometime I forget I am in my Teams module when I need to be in Admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are now able to reach our remote employees and engage in events/activities that we were not able to do before! Engagedly allows us to ecourage employee participation by rewarding employees instantly with points and gift cards. What do you like best about Engagedly?

The most helpful is that we have options like Overview, Feedback, Chek-in, Learning, Goals, Performance, and Groups. This makes it easier and more helpful while using it.

I really enjoyed the quarterly check-in also and I felt really good if I got any feedback from our team. Engagedly helps us to learn lots of knowledge from the Library and keep our goals high. This will lead to great performance in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
