Energy Elephant is a really user-friendly way to present billed utility data for our organisation. It provides an excellent high level view of overall consumption, but also allows for experts to get into the detail of how individual meter points are performing. Their customer care is excellent, providing regular review calls and spending a lot of time reviewing our data. This is definitely the best way for us to take a huge set of data and create something meaningful out of it.It's not something I would ever review in this depth, but our account/support person Brigitag has been the pivotal person in helping us understand the product, the action plan for us to get the most out of it, and then how we can me using it to our benefit
