What do you like best about Encharge?

As Head of Customer Success with very limited resources, I find Encharge is a powerful marketing tool. I love the intuitive visual flow builder that allows me to create complex workflows without needing a technical background. Much easier to use than Intercom and Userlist.

Personally, I’ve received great support from Vince. He’s always helpful and full of ideas. The platform integrates seamlessly with many popular tools, which makes it easy for Customer Success and Marketing to align on customer journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

On the downside, the initial learning curve be steep for some. It also took us far longer than expected to implemented, but this might have been due to the way our product works on the backend, not entirely sure, but it did take us a while to set up. What do you like best about Encharge?

I love the visual flow builder. There are some nice touches, like re-adding people who completed a flow into a new step you add. Lots of integrations which you can add visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encharge?

Delays to emails be sent - often there are delays to emails being sent that are from 5 - 15 minutes. This is incredibly frustrating when delivering a lead magnet.

Deliverability. Our open rate halved, they moved us to a new server. This created errors and bugs, and the open rate is still super low. How they got this wrong I don't know.

No product development. They release features at most quarterly

What do you like best about Encharge?

The only thing better than the tool is their support. They make it so easy to work with Encharge and explain everything. UNREAL how far they go to make sure you are using the tool properly. I was able to reduce a number of tech tools in my tech stack. The features are so great and its so easy to use. I use this tool everyday! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Encharge?

We started using Encharge to avoid paying crazy fees to Hubspot, since we have a large user base which is growning 5% MoM.

We started with onboarding flows. And now we do newsletters, sequences, and a bunch of other automated emails like visited high intent pages.

A tool that delivers? Check!

What do you like best about Encharge?

The processing and workflow management is quite amazing and intuitive as Encharge has variety of automation tools which makes the processing accurate and time saving for all.

For time management and best designing of advertising posts, templates, emails it is the best and very helpful applications as there are already ready layouts available in this for easy modifying your posts and creating one of the professional and attracting stuff for you.

The automation marketing feature available in it schedules all the uploads and mails for you and your clients. Keeps and gathers all the information of the visitors on your posts and collects there feedbacks for and there requirements.

The process of integrating the application with multiple webbooks, webpages and platforms is so easy and flexible to process and unify the data.

The most helpful feature was its drag and drop feature that will help you a lot and make your working experience more soppesticated and reliable in importing and gathering the data from one tab to another. What do you dislike about Encharge?

I have faced a little bit of lag of bugs in some of the featires of Encharge platform, like when processing multiple sites or integrating with multiple e-commerce webpages or websites, the processing takes a lot of time when processing this platform with e-commerce tools.

What do you like best about Encharge?

I like the detailed metrics and campaign reports of each campaign. Another feature that makes the email effective is the drip flow of emails where I can schedule emails on different days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Encharge?

It's an amazing integration platform and goes well with other software and digital tools. I love that the UI and implementation are very simple which makes it the best option compared to some big old names in the industry. I like that there's not only email automation, but you can also connect and post to your social networks. Dashboard analysis provides accurate and insightful data-driven insights that help companies determine the right future projections. I love that it allows you to run various promotional ads and social engagement posts online without much manual intervention. What do you dislike about Encharge?

It takes a little time to learn the functions and features as a whole, especially for a newbie. It has some of the limitations of built-in reports. I would like them to improve the landing page and the interface of the email page. Despite the above mentioned, we really have no complaints, even their turnaround times for custom projects have been quick and custom, so no major complaints.
