Encharge Pros and Cons

Looking at all the things that this platform has, and checking out the user interface I can already see that this is going to be a game changer for me.

I’ve been an Activecampaign user for a few years now, and although it’s worked pretty well for me, it’s expensive, and I’ve never been a big fan of the UI.

Some of the features included here are ones I would have to pay extra for on AC, and I’m honestly surprised to be seeing them included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a very powerful CMS, similar in abilty to Constant Contact and others. I got a great deal on it for a lifetime license from AppSumo, so the price was right. There are tutorial videos to guide you in setup, but there are a few kinks (more on those in a moment). Once you overcome those, the software is much easier and better to use. When it comes to setup, you are kind of on your own except for the tutorials. And be warned: if you make a mistake, you won't get a kind, pleasant email from customer service, at least not in my experience. The response was rude, almost expected me to know the mistake I made, and as a soloprenuer/small business that was disheartening. If I hadn't already spend hours setting things up, I would have ditched this software right then. As of now, I still have it and use it on a limited basis. The user interface and implementation are super easy which makes it the best choice compared to a few old big names in the industry. Segmentation and tracking are really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their inegrations, functions and UX/UI is really nice! I believe their pricing model is also very fair. I have high hopes for this company and I do exept them to continue doing a great job! Encharge has been a life-saver since purchased. I've used numerous automated email marketing applications, however none of them have simplified the process of segmenting a user's journey based upon his/her interactions with the campaign as much as Encharge has done.

In addition, Encharge capability to integrate with other well known Email marketing platforms, is an absolute selling point in my opinion. Just think about it, Encharge doesn't force you to cancel or get rid of the platform your already using, but instead allows you to integrate one with the other.

Simplicity, something most of us cherish, I know I do.

I really like the flow builder to build simple and complex flows. You can use Encharge to craft a flow to help retain customers and reactivate them come back for more. The most important part to me is they actually integrate with Pabbly Connect (Zapier Alternative) so that I could push certain data back to our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to use with a wide variety of features you usually can't find anywhere else. We love the site tracking and direct integration with web hooks. This allows us to link it to different tools we're using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the features are buggy. Reporting is still very basic and we're not able to do more in-depth analysis on our email marketing campaigns. We can't search for tags properly so it can be time-consuming to search through dozens of tags we're using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation of emails, Email deliverability, User friendly, Very simple to start your campaigns, etc., is what I like the most. I love the way of crafting the campaigns, like a roadmap, and connecting them. It's that simple.

It has all the most popular integrations like stripe, intercom, and HubSpot, etc. It also has webhooks that make the lead captures easy. I would recommend this to every small marketer like me. It really has killing features that you need, and you are not going to regret it. I hope this review helps!
