Not only do I like the ease of the tool and how it integrates into our ATS but importantly the support we get from the Employee Referrals team. We get at least double the amount of referrals than we did before. Employees can 'set it and forget it' with the auto share tool. We also really enjoy the monthly emails and marketing tools that ER creates and sends on our behalf to all employees.

Our experience has been great. The campaign tool is easy to use and has helped us source 3x the referrals we did in the past. The response from our employees has been positive, and they like being able to track the progress of the people they refer. Seems like they have most of what we need to run a great employee referral program........ Promotions, Ease of use, targeted or general campaigns, complete mobile solution, social components, leaderboard, gamification. Overall I'm pleased and don't have much to complain about. I think they are working on really advanced reporting to get granular level detail on any data involved with the referral program which will be great (ie create a custom report to run every month that shows referral data per location, business department, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EmployeeReferrals has definitely made my job easier. I used to spend 4 hours a week tracking referrals, verifying continued employment, and sending bonuses to payroll but their platform has that down to 20 minutes. If you referral program has become tedious you need to check them out. The candidate and employee experience is also great. Their mobile platform is really streamlined and easy to use.
