Our company systems are very complex, and sometimes referrals and our ATS systems don't capture the correct information, so we need to do manual processes to reconcile. I believe there are many improvements that can be made to the portal such as the interface, filtering options, and timely updates. We are in APAC and we always encounter delays in the updates.
