It is a tool that in general terms, is relatively easy to use and gives us a complete and real-time look at the performance of campaigns with multiple social media posts and, likewise, finding how and when to optimize them. I like the speed in extracting data, the export feature's usefulness, and the report generation. On the other hand, when it comes to the interface, it is not bad at all, it is pretty easy to understand, and all the team members got up and running with its use quickly and efficiently. The use of dashboards simplifies much of the work and administration in terms of user participation.
