I think the interface is not really intuitive. At the beginning I had problems finding what I was looking for. Also, I feel like the tool is not accurate when it comes to details. When I'm using emplifi, there are some things that bug me or that are missing: In the content planner, there's no kind of backlog or "on hold" section which I would find very useful. Same thing when it comes to community management: When I go to the inbox on Meta itself, I see all the comments for organic posts and ads. In emplifi when I sort it chronologically, ads are missing and I don't see the newest responds from users of existing comments.

The impossibility of delete old chanels and conect new pages at any time. The limit is to short for swap pages and for a publicity agency this is bad, because our clients change constantly.
