The ability for customers to ask questions of other customers is key. Be able to ask employees questions is great, but to actually be able to ask questions of those that own the product is essential for more complicated products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Writing the code to do Ratings&Reviews (R&R) and Questions&Answers (Q&A) is complex. The TurnTo product removes the barrier to entry for any site to get R&R/Q&A live on their platform. Product has some solid feature sets that make it a quick win to add to your site.
