What do you like best about Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud?

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud?

Not necessarily a dislike but 2 eager suggestions:

1. Improve the backend UI, a bit old looking and not as intuitive as it could be.

2. Please please please include Shopper Reviews (otherwise we'll need to get Shopper Approved) to handle this, TurnTo does the best product reviews & Q&A, but Shopper Approved owns the aggregated shopper review that gets seen a lot in branded SERPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud:

The implementation team for TurnTo was absolutely A++++! They walked us through each and every step of the process and the results speak louder than my words. We were averaging 10 reviews per day, after TurnTo we saw about 400 reviews per day - it eventually normalized to now we're anywhere between 100 - 200 reviews and about 50 - 100 Q&A submissions per day. This ads crawl-able content submitted to Google for SEO juice and adds customer confidence in seeing others reviews and upvotes/downvotes. Also, we're able to easily respond and remediate any issues a customer has during their shopping/product delivery experience. Pretty easy implementation, ensure you are setup with a dev/test environment and you can import legacy reviews from current platform and you'll be golden. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Pixlee team is creative, helpful, and a joy to work with. The platform has many features that work well out of the box, but with hands-on help from our rep and the developer team we have been able to adapt many of the elements to better fit our brand's needs quickly and easily. Workflow around the platform can be tricky at times when dealing with UGC and CRM, especially for new users. However, most of these hiccups can be attributed to updates from the social media platforms themselves and Pixlee's team is great at communicating those changes and workarounds as the platform adjusts in the meantime. Our brand places a lot of emphasis on UGC in both paid and organic media, and has seen great success with UGC gathered and permissioned through Pixlee. TurnTo allows us to have two-way conversations with customers through our website and helps others feel more comfortable with their purchases. What do you like best about Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud?

Easy to find, permission, and download user-generated content. Quick and appealing widgets that display our favorite UGC on our websites, with lots of options on how to present and incorporate content into our overall marketing strategy. Account reps are friendly and very accessible. So far Pixlee seems to constantly roll out new features and functionalities which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud?

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to user experience and functionality. Certain icons and notifications are not clear until you search the help pages or talk to your account rep. Our team also wishes it were easier to see if we've already contacted or chatted with an Instagram user in the past. We also would like to have the ability to see if a user has posted/tagged multiple images of our brand, right now we have to do a search workaround which isn't the most efficient use of time. We needed a simple way to view, permission, and share UGC while making sure we were fairly crediting the original content creators. Pixlee helps us do that with beautiful albums that are easy to share on our websites. What do you like best about Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud?

Many customers have commented that our product reviews were a big reason for their purchase, so that is definitely something I love to see. In addition, we find that the content posted via TurnTo is done in a way that is very SEO-friendly (very searchable). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think this has more to do with how our development was implemented than the actual TurnTo platform, but sometimes the star rating is a bit crowded in our product grid for products with long product names. A very small dislike, I would like to see some more proactive reporting provided to the client. As subject matter experts on customer content and review sentiment, I would defer to the TurnTo team on what reporting & data is most pertinent as a showcase of progress or success. We are trying to boost the amount of user reviews across our site (i.e. To enhance SEO equity, enhance chance of placement in external product listing ads, increase customer perception, realize greater sell through value, raise SKU page conversion). We have launched seeding campaigns for high priority launches; completed automated syndication feeds across many high regarded market brands; completed manual syndication drops to File Transfer Protocol Servers as workarounds; and provided internal users better visibility into customer insights on the products we source. Highly recommended it to any company that does e-commerce, since you can boost conversions, including Rating & Reviews, Community Q&As, Visual Reviews, and Checkout Comments. This is making it easy for retail stores to connect with customers.

By using Turn-To we have the ability for our new customers to read first hand reviews from our existing customers who use and love an item. They get a better idea of how some items fit, no more wondering if an item runs large or small! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only complaint I have is that some of our customers use the Turn-To application to advise on a non-received order or an issue with an order/item instead of contacting Customer Service directly to get the issue addressed.
