The Pixlee team is creative, helpful, and a joy to work with. The platform has many features that work well out of the box, but with hands-on help from our rep and the developer team we have been able to adapt many of the elements to better fit our brand's needs quickly and easily. Workflow around the platform can be tricky at times when dealing with UGC and CRM, especially for new users. However, most of these hiccups can be attributed to updates from the social media platforms themselves and Pixlee's team is great at communicating those changes and workarounds as the platform adjusts in the meantime. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to user experience and functionality. Certain icons and notifications are not clear until you search the help pages or talk to your account rep. Our team also wishes it were easier to see if we've already contacted or chatted with an Instagram user in the past. We also would like to have the ability to see if a user has posted/tagged multiple images of our brand, right now we have to do a search workaround which isn't the most efficient use of time. I think this has more to do with how our development was implemented than the actual TurnTo platform, but sometimes the star rating is a bit crowded in our product grid for products with long product names. A very small dislike, I would like to see some more proactive reporting provided to the client. As subject matter experts on customer content and review sentiment, I would defer to the TurnTo team on what reporting & data is most pertinent as a showcase of progress or success. The only complaint I have is that some of our customers use the Turn-To application to advise on a non-received order or an issue with an order/item instead of contacting Customer Service directly to get the issue addressed.
