What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

It's super useful to gather in a dashboard all moderation channels. Also, for making monthy/yearly reports, it has more data than what Meta provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

I like that you can gather all your social media and content in one place and also post directly to all or one social media the content, as well as you can review every stat from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

What I find difficult is that by the way our social media is linked to the platform we aren´t able to see the stats of paid posts made only organic post are able to give the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

I find the 'community' tab very benefical for keeping up to date of not only social inboxes but what people are saying on their public profiles about the company. I also found the customer support very quick to respond to queries and dedicated to ensuring that the problem is resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

What I dislike the most is the ability to integrate platforms. From our side the person who set up the company's instagram account has left the business so we have yet to be able to set up that channel on our page. However, I must say when we wished to add our LinkedIn page the emplifi team were able to quickkly set it up ad all previous posts were also visible on the page. It's a complete plataform and thats makes de difference. I really appreciate how easy is responding social interacions, create and organize tags and take insighsts. Emplifi is always improving tools to turns it into a complete plataform

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Emplifi has a nice user interface, the implementation is easy with real fast social channel integrations, and a great customer service, with quick replies and extensive documentation, including a Learning through on-demand trainings, how-to videos, guides and certifications. They do need to improve LinkedIn and TikTok integrations, allowing users to track mentions and other features. That is one major setback for users, which will have a better experience at these social networks' native dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

I love being able to store, schedule and then report on social media content. Its an intuitive platform with regularly updated features that are useful for a wide array of social media marketing roles - from creative to community management. This is a platform I use every day, all day for majority of my work. Also appreciate the speedy support anytime there's been an issue, including updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish there was more consistency among reporting for various channels, but understand some of that is limited API based on the specific channel. I also wish there was more customization opportunity for content collections, such as bulk tagging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Custom content labeling, automation labeling, and listening queries all able to be brought into custom dashboards are all *incredible* features. Companies can use these to segment content based on the custom data valuable to them and draw insights easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

The thing I like the most is that some of the analysis it offers -such as comment sentiment, UGC volume, profile comparison- gives you a very interesting perspective to add qualitative insights, beyond the pure data.

In addition, it is a very intuitive tool, that anyone in the team can use it even if they are not part of the analytics or data team.

I would like to have more customisation options in the dashboards, so that I can automate my processes according to the different ways customers measure.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Some of the tools that I consider fantastic are the creation of reports, which are automatic and easy to create, the AI implementation to improve copies, and the Inspiration asset where I can review and get inspired by what other companies are doing.

Customer support chat is also an incredible tool and a fantastic feature to get a follow-up instantly. I'm happy to say that I don't often use this asset, as the platform usually works great.

The integration of many social media platforms including TikTok is incredible. Everything works perfectly and in real-time, like the posts publishing is instant, the publishing of comments and notifications are also received at the instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Emplifi is amazing for scheduling posts ahead of time, as well as viewing a range of analytics for each platform as needed. Any social media manager should use! The customer support was super quick and thorough, and the support person I had was so friendly. My team uses this often, almost every day.
