What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

The labeling functionality is key for anyone's strategy to understand performance of their posts more.

We have tested multiple social media management platforms and the key functionality of labels and the fact that data is not inflated and taken directly from each social media platform was key to our decision. As well as it being easy to use and onboard anyone at the company.

The team behind Emplifi is an absolute gem and does everything to make sure anything that your experience and needs are looked after.

Roadmaps are constantly developed and adapted depending on customer feedback as well.

If you have basic social listening needs, Emplifi also offers this. We aren't using it as our searches are more complicated.

An absolute must-have for anyone working with accounts that you need insights on, but aren't or shouldn't publish content in. Emplifi separates the API between Publishing and Insights, allowing us to abide by data protection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Unfortunately, the data has a midnight delay, which is not on Emplifi's side but rather the platforms they receive data from.

In the future I would love to see more in regards to automation on making rules on how something needs to be labeled and further development into logo recognition on posts for automatic labeling as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Emplifi has an amazing dasbhoarding & analytical suite, not seen in the other market plaforms. This allow us to have a clearer picture of our performance & vs competitors.

How visual and easy to understand the platform is and their fast support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Limitation of showcasting overall PAID + NON PAID activity, but this is due the API limitations

Lack of possibility of custom metrics without a very expensive package to be paid

What do you like best about Emplifi Service Cloud?

If you don't currently have a way to monitor Voice of Customer feedback, Emplifi is a great tool to do so. We have been using Emplifi for nearly two years, and we have gained insightful feedback directly from our website visitors and customers. Our team meets bi-weekly to review all user feedback, and develop coordinated action plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has everything that a social media manager requires to manage brands or clients' social media - from publishing all the way to analytics. It also help that there's the AI function for captions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the analytics section, it should be updated frequently and immediately with new metrics - eg: we're still unable to capture TikTok views for competitor, or IGS swipe ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

every post that s scheduled is very well visible in the platform. I also love how to platform wil convert to the correct format media type or size if a media uploaded is not supported or the size is not compatible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i jkust wish the was an option to schedule stories in emplifies rather then scheuling the posting time and having to downlaod the image and then uploading to to stories. having the story already scheduled without any further manipulation like scheduled posts would be an amazing feature and very usefull.
