What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

When it comes to scheduling content on different accounts, it is very fast and saves me a lot of time for scheduling, it allows me to have very accurate reports, and the community part is very simple, so I can respond more quickly to my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Not having the paid data from Instagram (I know is not your fault).

We had a hard time finding who's the connector for some of our clients pages.

In dashboard, if I'm the owner of the dashboard, if I change the dates for my own analysis, it changes the dates for everyone using it (clients). It's a little annoying.

If I duplicate a dashboard for a new clients, I have to change the profiles for every widget one by one (pain). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very intuitive and has all the infomation I need! Its always progressing with new features, and customer service are understaning if there are any issues. It's very easy to collate and export data. Easy to add people to the system and intergrate their accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

It can be difficult to ensure all accounts are corrected as there is no easy way to see disconected accounts - it will show any account with one feature disconected, which isn't necessarily helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Emplifi because you can offer integral customer service. You can have Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc., in just one place and that means you can cover everything and offer a better service to your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Emplifi is one of the most intuitive Social tools I've used. I've worked with several other competitor products for a long time, but Emplifi matches my needs best.

It's also got a good and intuitive overview of Engagement, the Publishing Tool and Analytics, which I need daily. Especially in Community Management, Emplifi is the clear winner in handling all requests.

If any errors occur, the support takes care of them quickly and regularly updates me. I appreciate that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud?

Due to API regulations, some metrics can not be gathered by Emplifi sadly, which would be very helpful (i. ex. Instagram Paid Insights on sponsored posts).

Since the cause of this lies within the Meta API, I can't really blame Emplifi for this though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
