The largest upside of the Emplifi Service Cloud is the vast network that lives within the cloud. From a CRM and customer relations perspective, everything imaginable is all there in one service for an easy to use experience for the user with top notch support. Downsides are similar to the upsides. With the number of products available and the speed at which they are being added, sometimes you may find issues, especially with the newer products. It's great to have the majority of our social platforms in one centralized place where we can manage. We're able to respond to posts, dms and handle customer inquires for X, Facebook and Instagram.

We have all the publishing tools for all our brands together. It's very easy to switch, copy, view posts etc for all our brands. The labeling and filtering system works great for making reports and analysing the posts. It's just perfectly all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using the dashboards and while they are useful, I think there is still room for improvement. In particular, the Listening section could benefit from a feature that would allow us to download the information in an Excel file. Having this capability would make it much easier to analyze and manipulate the data offline. I hope this is something that could be implemented in the near future. We are always notified of upcoming changes, our feedback is taken into consideration for new features, and we have a team of experts at the ready willing to help us make the most out of the tool. There are a few little changes I would make to features to really enjoy this tool the most, and I share those thoughts with our rep. Still, Emplifi is above and beyond better than their competitors for user experience and customer support. If I were to pick one thing to dislike, it would be the price! Back in the day I used to use Socialbakers mainly for metrics. Later on publishing was added which has been a lifesaver. There are still some limitations I encounter now and then. But they platform has become more and more useful. I like that I can schedule a post and have it automatically published to all applicable platforms. Saves time. Back when it was SocialBakers I had a dedicated account rep that we had monthly calls with. While this was a nice personal touch, it was never much help. It always felt like an upsell. They never had any social media insights for me. These meetings no longer occur under the Emplifi umbrella. But again, those meetings weren't that helpful to begin with. - Unified Analytics: it's brand new so i need to look into it more in depth but the idea of having one module insted of 2 (analytics and dashboard) with alla data it's definitely a great one
- Sending content from collection to publisher

- Collections: it would be useful to have some sort of "visual dividers" between one content and the other (at the moment we only use a blank content with text only)
- Governance: roles are not the best in terms of user experience as i have different visualizations of the same functions in different suites (guess the new version is really rolled up to alla suites..?) so it we could unify them would be great
- Tiktok: would be great to have a tiktok gris (like the IG one)

Their reporting is convoluded and confusing. Getting correct numbers on reports takes multiple check-in's with my success manager. The onboarding process didn't make my team feel prepared and we're having to do a lot of extra work to get things up and running.
The sales agents that brought us on promised us a lot that the platform isn't actually capable of. When we ask questions about it, we aren't given straight answers. I wish the sales team and our success managers would be honest about what is possible on the platform instead of showing us incomplete workarounds to our questions.

Emplifi has helped me to professionalize Social Media for three big companies. The publisher tool helps maintain and maintain and secure accounts and allows a lot, especially when managing different profiles. It is fantastic, primarily when other teams work on different accounts. It centralizes it and gives you a better overview.
Dashboards are the most fantastic feature for a data geek like me. Every morning, I review them, allowing me to quickly pick up on what is happening if we have an opportunity or a crisis.
Talking about crisis, the listening feature is also a must for me because of the nature of the company I work for.
With all my expertise, Emplifi is a must-have for a big company that wants to take Social Media seriously, and there is no other brand I believe has this many features working well. Your analytics feature is so so so bad. It works for FB, but it has never worked for me on Instagram because we post all reels. I love the data that it gives me on FB, but I don't use it at all. But, if I could have the same for Instagram, it would be a total game changer.
