What do you like best about Emotive?

I love that Emotive is easy to learn, so even if I need to pass something off to a new teammate, the onboarding is quick and painless. Plus they provide recommendations for what and when to send out messages, and the team is always quick to respond to questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emotive?

What do you like best about Emotive?

I love working with the Emotive platform because it is easy to use and very user friendly. Their support team is also great and responsive with any questions that I may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any dislikes about Emotive. If I have to give feedback I would just say to be able to respond back to notifications about text responses rather than logging in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emotive?

So happy we chose to give Emotive a try for our text broadcasts. The ROI is far better than any other campaign software we use. Broadcasts are easy to create and the Emotive team is always there to help. I also apprecaite the quick response I receive from the team when there is a question or issue. What do you like best about Emotive?

Emotive is the extra exsposure that is needed without complete hands on, the assistant I've been waiting for and at a great price after the trial accoridng to my needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emotive?

I enjoy how easy it is to use and navigate - very user-friendly. It is also very easy to see the analytics from both experiences and broadcasts that we send out, as well as create those. I really like the prebuilt experiences they offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emotive?

I had issues before trying to unsubscribe a customer and found it difficult to search and find them in the platform, but I just looked and it seems like that issue has been fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is helping us to collect SMS as we were unable to do that before. I think that allows us to reach a much bigger range of people that we were unable to get to before we started using emotive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Emotive?

They have what you need. I like that you can schedule a follow up messge for a campaign. Pretty basic and easy to use. Easy to integrate with your store as well. The reps are very active and respsonsive as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emotive?

I don't love the analytics and that you can't adjust attribution. I also don't love the flow set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
