Ryan, Jen, and Mhira are amazing! They held our hand through every step of the process making it such a wonderful experience. We were hesitant at first to enter the SMS world but the transition to SMS/MMS was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked the ease of implementation, the user friendly interface and ease of use, and the dedicated CSM (and Support), which are very involved & supportive. I also like their flexible "pay as you go" model, which gives brands flexibility to try the platform, without a yearly contract commitment right from the start. The Emotive platform is intuitive and easy to use for SMS. A great amount of strategic information is available to support the campaigns you may run, with features you wouldn't find on other platforms to creatives and templates you can utilize or follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are three things I like most about Emotive: The ease of utilizing the tool, the features it provides, and the dedicated account manager that helps with planning and understanding the functionality. Emotive has so many features that it can be tricky to figure out which tools are best for you. Thankfully, with a dedicated success manager, some of the confusion is removed and we can focus on creating the business plans and systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two aspects to Emotive that I enjoy. The first is that they are reliable and quick to respond to your emails if you have any questions at all. I prefer to use companies that respond in less than 2 days and you do not need to send many follow up messages so this company is perfect for that.
Second, I like that this service is effective and you can see the results immediately. You know your users are receiving the SMS messages, and they're remembering your company and becoming more inclined to make a purchase. its easy to integrate and get setup and I have been using this for over a year. Updating my review now that I have been using them long enough. In the long run the service is not effective at all, and their contracts are a nightmare. Dealing with customer support has been nothing but a headache trying to get out of a contract I didn't even know I signed. Instead of simply cancelling a contract a few months early, its more worth it for them to lose a long time customer and potential customers. I have 3 businesses which I would have been interested in transferring to Emotive in the future, but after the way I was treated as a customer after being the very first users to sign up to their platform leaves me extremely unhappy. Great platform, and amazing support.
My experience with emotive is very positive. I have tried all other platforms and switched from Klayvio and Attentive and this is by far the best SMS platform out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team at Emotive has made it so easy to get onboarded and continue our SMS Marketing efforts. Many other platforms across a multitude of services get you onboarded quickly, but do not continue to support. Not with Emotive, the amount of regular support and check-ins I get from my account manager and copywriter is above and beyond. Our copywriter will even setup marketing broadcasts and and segments for that make sense for each campaign. Really amazing! That siad, the platform is quite intuitive and user-friendly. So, if you are a do it yourselfer and don't want the capable Emotive team to do that level of work for you brand, it is very easy to work inside the platform and get your campaigns out! The emotive team is engaged with their customers, taking in feedback and creating solutions. The platform is easy to use for both campaign sends and automations.
Lots of different options for customer sign ups and different types of phone numbers, which gives us the ability to make it a much more personal experience for our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No built in pop ups, but they do provide a subscription to an outside platform.
