What do you like best about Emotive?

It is easy to set up flows to reach customers with relevant messages. The broadcasts are easy to send. The customer service from the reps is great and they were willing to accommodate for my seasonal business and gave me a discount and support even though I wasn't able to sign a year contract. What do you dislike about Emotive?

What do you like best about Emotive?

Emotive is very easy to use/integrate with Shopify and Klaviyo. The team is extreemly helpful and personalble. Everyone is rooting for your success. What do you like best about Emotive?

Getting mobile users signed up and connected! Our SMS subscribers have almost doubled and our daily sales have increased significantly in only one week. We have been able to offer personalized customer service and answers detailed questions that have helped the buying process. Tanya, our rep, and Elias, our onboarding specialist, have both been amazing! Patient, answers all questions, has held our hand in any aspect we've asked for. That's part of the deal breaker with a lot of platforms, lack of communication and customer service. Emotive has something figured out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emotive?

I haven't found a downside necessarily... I have to put my marketing hat on to build campaigns to continue its effectiveness but they made it soooo easy to get setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
