Maris and MJ, the dynamic duo of Emotive technical and customer success team was one of the best experiences I have had with onboarding services for ecom. I mean where do I start. They listened to me, crafted practical but also impactful strategies to help my small business online. In a matter of one week, I saw a 10x and up jump in revenue from initial small spend budget. To top things off, they then guided me to the hands of the customer success manager to further insure rapid growth and an action plan to get there.

The customer service has always been FANTASTIC! Specifically with our Rep, JC. They are always prompt and happy to assist you with any questions you may have. They have made the switch to SMS marketing a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They went through a phase where we wer getting a new rep every couple of weeks. This made it very hard to bond with our reps, as we always feared they would leave again and we would have to start over with building a relationship. Great customer service and representative team- every member I've worked with on our service has been fantastic.
The service is robust with good analytics and best case studies. However, getting customers phone numbers can prove challenging and there needs to be specific consideration to your strategy of how you will do so.
It is probably the best text tool available on the market at this time, and they have a good ROAs return rate, assuming you have new customers and phone numbers collecting at all times.

You cannot leave their contract and are essentially signing onto a year-long contract.
Currently there are more companies doing this type of advertising and customers are more likely to unsubscribe as opposed to email. I can't say enough about Emotive's customer support. They were proactive from day one, offering personalized training sessions and checking in regularly to see how we were progressing. Their dedication to our success is truly remarkable.

I had a great experience working with the team at Emotive. They were incredibly helpful and collaborative, ensuring that our account tracked users efficiently and accurately. What impressed me most was their understanding of how we wanted to target our audience across our various products. We pay for users tracked and not emails sent. Considering we have a high ticketed product, abandoned checkout, and abandoned cart emails work better for us instead of browse abandonment emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), & an intuitive user interface. When Emotive created its own pop-up for gathering phone numbers and email addresses from customers, JC and the support team took care of the entire migration for us. Easy to use and the customer support is top-notch. They're incredible collaborators and always do their best to improve your business SMS campaigns. The platform is very intuitive. It will feel familiar if you've worked with Email campaigns. I haven't had any issues so far. Hopefully they'll offer a mobile app in the future, but everything has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
