Really, the only thing I would change is that at times it does seem to get stuck and I have to manually refresh

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

We love Emitrr customer service. We have used their text platform for a while and switched to our scheduling program to make things a little simpler and ended up coming back quickly. We also just signed up to use their VOIP and we are excited and hopeful it will also be better then our scheduling platform. It's a very easy program to use and if any issues or questions come up the staff are quick to respond.

So far I do not have any dislikes, hopeful there won't be any.

It's allowing us to send a receive texts to communicate with our customers and remind them of their appointments.

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

We've been using Emitrr for several months now, and it's been a game-changer for our communication strategy. Staying connected with our customers is essential, and this platform makes it incredibly simple and effective.

The interface is clean and intuitive, which made onboarding easy for our entire team. Scheduling messages, managing contact lists, and tracking delivery and engagement stats are all seamless. We especially love the customization options and automation tools. 

Customer support has been outstanding. Whenever we've had questions or needed help with setup, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Most importantly, our messages are delivered quickly and reliably. We've seen a noticeable boost in engagement and response rates since making the switch.

Highly recommend Emitrr to any business or organization looking for a dependable and scalable texting solution!

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

I so appreciate the Customer Service that is quick and helpful.  If their is not an immediate answer, they are open to considering alternatives and resolve our needs.  The Emitrr tools easily meet our needs for texting and web-bots on our websites.  Our staff find the interface easy to use as do the community that access our services.  Both the desktop and cell phone apps work well.

At this time I cannot think of any dislikes.

Texting with participants through a web app.

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

Emitrr has been a wonderful tool for our business. It has vastly improved our marketing efforts and is super easy to use/user friendly. The customer service is unmatched - anything I ask for help with is acknowledged quickly and usually resolved within a day or less. They also are quick to implement new ideas from clients. I don't have one negative thing to say about Emitrr.

I don't have any complaints or dislikes!

**What problems is Emitrr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Emitrr for marketing efforts with our clients and lead generation. It has been the wheels of our growing company for almost 2 years. We've since been able to expand our marketing efforts to platforms that cost us a lot more, but wouldn't have been able to if we didn't have Emitrr to start with.

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

User friendly layout and design that helps. Especially with our business model using multiple numbers. The customer support has always been extermely helpful and responsive. We use this daily and use all the features it offers. It was easy to implement and was a seemles integration into our system.

**What do you dislike about Emitrr?**

My only dislike for Emitrr is that there is no auto-response options for certain hours of the day. Other platforms we have used in the past allowed for auto-reply during after hour periods and weekends.

**What problems is Emitrr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today's assistance was needed to remove former users. As usual, they were extremely fast in their reply and resolution.

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

We're using Emitrr at the Spokane Police Department to automate officer recruitment efforts. Emitrr allows us to send notifications in bulk to prospective candidates and helps us ensure we're communicating well. Emitrr was very easy to implement, the support team is excellent, and we've had no issues getting the system going. Emitrr saves our recruitment team a lot of time in communicating with potential candidates.

**What do you dislike about Emitrr?**

We haven't run into any issues with Emitrr.

**What problems is Emitrr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Emitrrr to communicate with prospective officer candidates and let them know about upcoming testing and job opportunities with our department. Before Emitrr, we had to manage communication by calling/texting individual people and tracking in a spreadsheet. Now we can manage everything through the platform and we know that we've reached out to everyone we need to contact. We also like managing things from a single phone number so a whole team can see exactly what has been sent and when.

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

We switched  to Emitrr two months ago from another provider.  The implementation went smoothly and the support team has been super responsive with help when needed.  The devlopment team is curious about how they can best support our processes.  All are top notch.  Emitrr is easy to use and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Emitrr?**

We have been working together with the team on our intake forms.  Forms are not their main focus, but the team has been receptive and flexible in creating the forms as we need.

**What problems is Emitrr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a conceirge medical practice, we are available to our patients 24/7.  Emitrr allows our patients to send off a text about a symptom, a question or a refill request when they are thinking about it.   Weekend and night call is easier on our providers as a rest of the ease at which they can interact with a patient real time.  The feature that allows a text to be reassigned to another team member is so valuable to us.  We also like the ability to attach an internal note to a patient's text.

I wish I could use their phone service, but this won't be possible until it is live on the app as well.

Their support has been amazing!  Anmol and his team is not only very responsive to our questions and support issues but also very fair when it comes to pricing and open to new ideas we have for new features.

When we need help or have a question, they reply quickly and are willing to go above and beyond to resolve an issue. In addition, they will try to add suggested features to future updates to benefit the customer's experience.

We couldnt create our contact signup forms in the program BUT the support team helped us create forms in Jotform and automate them through Zapier.

It is very easy to use to connect with patients and provided support. Customer support is easy to reach and help with any issues.  There are a lot of features that can be used and it seamlessly integrates with our programs.

There were some aspects we discussed that were missingm but 1 email to supprt and it was fixed

**What problems is Emitrr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not use Emitrr to communicate or promote to customers. We use it to communicate with our 100+ drivers across the country. We used to use a very popular platform but it was lacking some features we wanted. Emitrr allowed us to add signatures to our text messages, send mass text messages, send timed messages, allow us to separate drivers based on our territories and allowed the team to easily manage the messages as they come in.

The support team is good about about answering questions and helping out with issues, and then following up with you about what they discovered or fixed.

I do not like that we have to use the refresh button frequently. I would prefer it to update live.

They helped me with an issue where an associate was sitting next to me in the office but was not receiving messages.

It is a very early stage for them and that is the reason they do not have very advanced API's and webhooks.

EMITRR is very user friendly and has a lot of features that our staff love. The staff have been very supportive and responsive to questions, needs, and requests.

**What do you like best about Emitrr?**

Automated day to day tasks like reminders, appointments, review requests, scheduling tasks, follow ups  from clients or customers. No need to manage things separately all under one roof.

**What do you dislike about Emitrr?**

There are a lot of things that requires fix, like sometimes the font doen't display in proper formatting, during call sometime there is lag which causes inconvience to our clients, sometimes reminder doesn't pop up on time.

Emitrr helped us in managing the interaction and engagement with the customers and keeping track with follow ups and reminders scheduled which ultimately improved the reliability and productivity.

Customer Engagement is made more accessible with many add-on features needed for quality-centric companies.

No Free Trial/plan. Subscription plan seems to be costlier for Low and medium scale companies.
