What do you like best about Emergency Reporting?

The best part of ER is how FAST it is. Reports load in moments - something that used to take hours in our old system for large reports. It is a modern design and is fairly intuitive. It integrates with several other systems we use and the customer service is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emergency Reporting?

The most disappointing part about ER is the Inspection software side. We used the InspectER app for just a little while before the errors were so often they eventually took the whole app down. We continued to pay for months under the promise it'd be back up and running and, to my knowledge, it still isn't. We got reimbursed for the app during the time we couldn't use it, but we really were looking for a mobile solution to field inspections and so we are disappointed that that option just isn't there right now. The occupancy module leaves something to be desired.

Also, it doesn't support +1 codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Emergency Reporting:

1. Determine that it will integrate with your CAD system.

2. Figure out what YOU need for your occupancy/inspection side and really work with the sales staff to see if it is something they can offer.

3. Take advantage of integrating other platforms like target solutions, etc.

4. Move your processes over to ER - give your staff a one-stop place to log training, inspections, incidents, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emergency Reporting solving and how is that benefiting you?

ER solves the problem of having our incidents, reporting capabilities, and occupancies in the same place. It has a lot of potential for running good data, if you have good data to put in. It also have a cool beta side that you can get a lot out of if you put the information into it, and the build in graphics are great. Finding and sending out incident reports and the like is a breeze. Searching for incidents is fast. And, like I mentioned before, it's the fasting report pulling I've exprienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
