What I most like about Embat is the bank connectivity, extremely useful and reliable + the accounting module. Its integration with ERP is extremely useful for liquidity forecasting and bank reconciliation purposes. Implementation took us literally 2 weeks and since there we have been using it on a daily basis. Es perfecta para obtener la posición de caja inmediata de todas tus empresas y cuentas bancarias sin necesidad de acceder a la web de cada uno de los bancos para descargar los saldos y movimientos.

Además, gracias a la IA y a la creación de reglas, es una herramienta perfecta para la realización diaria del cash flow y para la contabilización de movimientos bancarios.

Uno de los puntos a destacar de Embat es la posibilidad de contabilizar los pagos junto con las facturas en un sólo movimiento evitando que éstas queden abiertas.

Del mismo modo, la posibilidad de crear reglas para aquellas transacciones frecuentes hace que el ahorrar tiempos en la contabilización de ellos sea muy notable.

Quizás podrían implantarse a corto plazo alguna serie de mejoras en alguna de sus pantallas, como la posiblidad de que pudieran descargarse en algún tipo de informe los movimientos u operaciones o bien la creación de una opción de selección masiva de aquellos movimientos que están en la pestaña de conciliación/enlazar. Thanks to Embat we've reduced the time spent on mechanical tasks and we're able to spend more time on strategic ones. At the moment we primarily use it to check bank transactions, cash balance and to make forecast but we're trying to connect Embat with SAP to improve our accounting process. Having all financial data centralized has been a great advantage for us through Embat's platform.
