It's a single tool that can manage events, email marketing, web forms and surveys, Landing pages, etc. Its very good in all modules and supports many other functions. It has brilliant features and provision of various marketing tools and campaigns. Users can create and schedule multiple campaigns, and it helps in shortlisting of leads generation till its maturity. Mobile marketing is not updated and supports the old features. The data need to be segregated as per the preset format available, which is very tough to Update. The user needs to change the format of the excel and pdf files and then be able to import them into the system. The display of the mobile version needs to be enhanced. The system is not designed for enterprise use, the reporting data is inaccurate and the Salesforce-integration is very limited.
