Mobile marketing is not updated and supports the old features. The data need to be segregated as per the preset format available, which is very tough to Update. The user needs to change the format of the excel and pdf files and then be able to import them into the system. The display of the mobile version needs to be enhanced. The system is not designed for enterprise use, the reporting data is inaccurate and the Salesforce-integration is very limited.
