What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

I love how intuitive eMaint is. If you can use Excel, you will love that is is like that and better. If I had to pick one reason I would never leave Fluke, is the reporting functions. Being able to set up a report in a couple of minutes and have it atuo generating out to team is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

They have a great customer service team and you can hop on a chat and get things resolved (mostly teaching me what I am doing wrong). I just wish that during that chat function we couldshadow my screen or account. Sending pictures is not the same as showing something live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

- Flexability that if you know the program well enough it can be configure to suit your needs.

- Customer service is outstanding, they answer question quickly and are helpfull in configing the system to your needs

- Custom reporting fuction is easy to use and configable to any form in the cystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

-Reporting function output format is limited

-X4 needs some format upgrades, but seems to be address in x5.

-The forms need logic ability so when one item is selected, designed fields show up. This allow the admin to guide the users in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

eMaint is very straightforward to learn and implement into your maintenance program. I use this software daily to manage assets and develop PM schedules. It has helped our plant avoid a substantial amount of machine downtime by being proactive and managing PMs. The features to add machine user manuals, work instructions, sign off forms, parts check out and more for each asset helps keep things organized in one place. The report building feature is an awesome tool to utilize in eMaint. We employ many weekly reports to analyze machine and maintenance technician efficiency. Building custom dashboards from this data with charts and graphs is also a great visual tool. Their support team is always very quick to respond and resolve any issues. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

There are a lot of functions and features that are available in eMaint. Some features can go really in depth and need additional help to understand. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

The user-friendly interface has a very clean feel over some of the other CMMS programs that I've used in the past. Customer support is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We have been able to integrate other features into our maintenance management to work with our inventory tracking and oil analysis labs seamlessly. The functionality of work order management helps me to keep things organized and track equipment history across the numerous assets we have throughout the plant. We were able to implement eMaint easily across our maintenance and production departments for the various roles within them. I use eMaint daily, and its intuitive design makes even frequent, repetitive tasks more efficient and less of a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

Building advanced reports in eMaint can be a bit of a challenge for those without JSON coding experience. The ability to close out multiple work orders at once would be a helpful feature, as it would be a major time saver when cleaning up a backlog. Similarly, the ability to delete multiple steps in a task procedure at once would be a huge time saver when implementing large changes to several procedures at one time. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

eMaint makes managing our maintenace system very easy, whether it be the ability to directly send work orders to a workers phone or having a self generated report on a wide range of information gathered from within eMaint. My favourite part of eMaint CMMS is the simplicity, which is the same across all features within the application, especially now we have moved over to the x5 version. The customer service team are also brilliant with any questions you have or modifications you may want to make with swift replies and offering their own training to really get a grip on the CMMS. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

I dont have any complaints of the web version, I would just like to see more features added on the mobile version i.e. inventory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

A lot of it is great. It is just a matter of getting use to using the software and understanding how it works. The software is very customizable and very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a good and bad thing, that there is so many ways to paths to get to the same destination, considering for some users they are use to straight to the point, but most users nowadays are more computer literate to figure it out. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

We are happy with how work orders flow for the most part. And compared to other top tier CMMS solutions, Emaint is definitely competitive with their pricing. They are open to suggestions, and they have been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

There are a few items that we are not overjoyed about. Searching for assets can be a bit of a hassle when it comes to getting the results you are looking for. Our Parts area of Emaint took almost a year to get fixed after issues occurred during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

Our system is still in progress but so far we are very impressed with the Fluke representatives that have been assisting us as we work towards standing up our system. From sales to support Fluke has all the bases covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
