Elise AI has increased our site team efficiency by converting more leads to a tour quicker freeing up the site teams to focus on providing quality tours versus managing a conversation on a regular basis. The set up and integration process has been extremely easy to navigate with the site teams to gather community data and the training provided is incredible for the site teams to actively utilize the program on launch day. Communities I work with are also on the CRM platform which has been extremely user friendly even to teams new to the industry. The AI communication is natural feeling with the prospects and schedules tours quickly and professionally. If a question is asked the AI can not answer it is clear to the site team in the dashboard that they need to work that lead. Overall this software is working incredibly for our teams and getting more conversions to tours so our site teams can focus on the interpersonal interactions. There is little to dislike about EliseAI. A pain point that could be looked into would be a client checklist or steps list of what to expect between finalizing the community form and going live to help Supervisors prepare a schedule of reviewing reports and monitoring performance and to allow time for ad sources to be updated. It solves the problem of responding to leads quickly during off ours (nights and weekends) while feeling more human of experience than talking with a chatbot or reading an FAQ list.
