If a question is asked the AI can not answer it is clear to the site team in the dashboard that they need to work that lead. Overall this software is working incredibly for our teams and getting more conversions to tours so our site teams can focus on the interpersonal interactions. A pain point that could be looked into would be a client checklist or steps list of what to expect between finalizing the community form and going live to help Supervisors prepare a schedule of reviewing reports and monitoring performance and to allow time for ad sources to be updated.
