What do you like best about Elastic Email?
We use Elastic Email to handle all sorts of automated notifications and player-to-player messages, and their API makes it incredibly simple to do. The web interface has a ton of information and options, and is great for sending out bulk emails like our monthly newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Elastic Email?
Can take a bit to find your way around the documentation. But other than that. no real complaints here. It seems to just work. The couple times I've needed to contact support they have been quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Elastic Email?
Elasticemail is an excellent service. Emails deliverability is excellent and their support the best. They have helped me solve every problem I faced while setting up my email marketing application and they´ve always been very kind. I recommend them to everybody. What do you dislike about Elastic Email?
The pricing structure is not very clear. I mean, they have the best price in the market, and at the beginning their charge a higher price which is understandable. What I dont like is that they´re not clear regarding how long the system takes to update the price based on the reputation.
