What do you like best about Elastic Email?
I used the free tier of elastic mail. So I was able to send mail only to me just like newsletter. They provide a SMTP domain server including the mail template for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Elastic Email?
As the free tier comes with its own disadvantages, The problem I faced was mail takes a lot of time to receive. Minimum of 5 to 10 mins is required to recieve the mail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Elastic Email?
it is a very versatile platform, we currently use it for SMTP service and via API in connection with our websites and it is fantastic, the rates are very favorable and we have never had issues with the service, they also have the option to manage the entire email marketing part from there and automated flows and other very valuable elements for businesses can be created. Elastic email is very cost-effective and solves makes email marketing very smooth once you get a hold of the software.
It is very simple and yet effective as they provide you with warmed up IPs if you're following the right process the delivery is assured.
IP cost is very reasonable as well as the reporting and track metrics.
Landing Page feature is also available now.
Attachment sends are chargeable.
Unlike other ESPs they provide warmed up IPS and not neutral.

Dislikes:
Fewer Templates can add more for eCommerce, giftings.
The editor is a bit rigid.
More varieties of templates can be added.
Support is bit slow sometimes , problem can arise if it is a critical issue.
Maintenance of servers are not pre-informed, this can cause a trouble at times.
