What do you like best about Efficy CRM?

I am a small business owner, making sticky notes or being on the spreadsheets all day long but then Efficy came into play! Now keeping track of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns are very organized & also rewarding as we no more face leads loss or forgotten follow ups.

The best part? Data privacy was sorted. Being European-based, efficy takes data security seriously, which is very important for me and also my customers.

I have seen a noticeable difference in outcomes, now building strong relationships with customers is easier than ever, and closing deals feels effortless and customer satisfaction is soaring.

Interface is most interactive and gives feel of a video game with great graphics, interface is the main feature of any application Efficy sure does stand out in it.
