Edge streamlines the process for backround checking and screening employees. It is nice to have quick and easy submission and feedback. Its easy to see why they win out over their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edge Information Management, Inc.?

Sometimes giving employees access is troublesome and almost clunky. If this was fixed it would be a ton better. Helping them through the process is something that needs to be done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Edge Information Management, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes it may take longer that expected, buffering or loading. Can't not only the tool for this since other factos may apply, but in comperison with other tools of my everyday use, this one lags sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Edge Information Management, Inc.?

Edge offers thousands of convenient locations for easy access to multiple clients at various locations around the States.It's not expensive to use either for a single use for a work-related or requirement by the employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edge Information Management, Inc.?

Takes sometime to file and process and sometimes they are likely to require more than just one type of drug testing location sites. Each place varies between states but the one that I went to I was in and out within 20 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Edge Information Management, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not exactly solving any problems on my end, but aiding in getting jobs and meeting job drug-testing requirements during pre-employment protocols. This platform is easy to use and a great company to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best for applicant tracking and background screening. It has a large number of database of employees. Generally its accuracy is 95-98% which is not bad. I like the dasboard as well. Maintained it very clean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
