Took my money and never provided service. When I asked for refund, they said, I signed a contract so they cannot refund even though they did not provide any support to get me on board or replies from the sales agent who crooked me to sign up immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently, GoDaddy discontinued the QickShopping Cart we had used for over nearly 18 years. They tried to push us into using a combined website/store - which cost $$ and we were not interested in doing. After quite a bit of research I discovered Ecwid by Lightspeed. It is awesome. You can start with a Free Plan, but there are options of several other plans as well.

I have found Ecwid a dream to use and set up our store - making changes and updates is really easy. The look of our store is contemporary and very slick.

In the instances where I have needed Support it was very responsive. And they check back multiple times to make sure that everything is good.
