The ease of setup as well as the features. When I first started using Ecwid, I had my site up and running in just over an hour. Integrating it into my website was easy; worked right the first time. The first thing I need to say is that I'm digitally illiterate. With Ecwid, this is not a problem. The overall site is intuitive and has numerous checklists that you can simply follow to complete a task. Non only that but if you get stuck, email support gets you a reply within 24 hours or less, you'll get a detailed answer to your query that will in all cases be useful and easy to execute. And at some point, I had several back and forth with support within one day.

The other thing that I am discovering is that they have some powerful features. You can sell on different platforms from your Ecwid store. They have the plugins necessary to make a seamless operation. And similarly you can supply your store with POD manufacturers. You can sell physical or digital products. They have the possibility of a setting up subscriptions. They also have a feature to set up to sell on Instagram.

Each integration that I have made with my store has been done seamlessly.

In addition they have an excellent blog with tons of information to help you market your store. And the articles are of excellent quality and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be honest, I'm not too sure if anything at all.

At one point I had set up Free Shipping on my items, however, even though I was showing Free Shipping, the shipping was still being added as another button needed to be desactivated so the shipping no longer shows up in the cart. I had missed this. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at times when you're new to it.

Another thing happened is that I couldn't figure out how to delete an item from the cart. There is an X at the top right corner of the item listed to erase it but it was light grey and I totally missed it. Super simple, user friendly , easy to set up and use on a daily basis. I've had questions on a few occasions, and they were answered promptly! Lots of capabilities I haven't even tried out yet. I like how simple and fast it is to set up an Ecwid online store. I don't have to bother with html code. I'm uploading new inventory weekly and it's very easy to quickly upload a new product listing. I wish the Ecwid Instant Site worked better with Pinterest. I would love to validate my business with my Pinterest business account, but Ecwid doesn't offer a Product Feed URL for Pinterest.
