- AI-generated action point: The AI should be capable of generating the top 4/5 insights extracted from the full survey and provide relevant suggestions. What it does now is just provide a lot of data interpretation from each question/graph-- these interpretations are easily understandable by looking at the graphs at the first place, hence don't require separate interpretation.
For example, a top insight from a particular survey could be- "Your customers are mostly unhappy just because they can't make enough money by selling your product". Suggestion-"Try revising customer benefits or provide better value." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
