The platform can disconnect unexpectedly, making dependence on customer support necessary. When we asked to cancel the software, we were pointed to terms and conditions on their website. At no point while using the software were we directly contacted about auto-renewals or updates to the terms. Unless you reach out to them, you will never hear from your customer service representative.
