I’ve been a user of Echo360 since 2011, using the ESS version before moving across to the SaaS solution. The hardware & software is expensive compared to other lecture capture systems, such as Kaltura & Panopto, but it is robust and continually being developed. The old ESS was allowed to get v buggy before the SaaS solution was released & the software’s accessibility features are unnecessarily expensive, so automated captions which are 80% accurate would cost my institution £30k alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
