What do you like best about Easyship?
We recently started using EasyShip and are loving it - the fact that we (and our customers) can compare pricing and delivery timeframes for various carriers in a unified interface is invaluable and the integration with our website was seamless. What do you dislike about Easyship?
If there was one thing I had to pick on, I'd say the ability to print labels from within the platform would be nice and save us the step of downloading labels before being able to print. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Easyship team has been on hand since day 1, helping us understand the service and how to use it, and integrate with our e-commerce solution.

What do you like best about Easyship?
I enjoy the sync option with eBay and being able to see my shipping labels easilly. I keep them stores for filing and references if I need them. It makes everything much easier! I do get updates on shipping which is helpful. It's also nice that Easyship puts tracking on eBay too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no options for Fedex. I use another service for bigger and heavier packages. I would like if EasyShip would have options for more private companies too. I would most likley only use this service if there was every option available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Easyship?
I get a lot of orders from overseas, and Easyship allows me to gain access to couriers I normally wouldn't and at really great prices. In addition to this, I can see upfront what the expected taxes and duties on arrival will be so I can help communicate this to my customers ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes a courier will have a delay and I'm not able to get a response on why. This would likely be the same if I was shipping directly with the courier though so I can't complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some delays in responding, but that's acceptable.
Sending the same type of box, from the same source address to the same destination address is troublesome, very complicated. "Duplicating a shipment" means separate payments using a card, which is not only complicated, but after ordering 10 labels (10 separate payments, for 10 identical boxes) our card was temporary blocked by VISA. We had to call to resolve the situation. Please find a method to create more than one order, and pay for ALL these orders only once !!! thanks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Easyship?
EasyShip provide a really great service offering and their team are always willing to help. Their online portal is great and I like how I can override a clients shipping option online to provide them a better quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know what causes this but sometimes our clients get quoted the most expensive shipping option first. Fortunately some of come to us and we have been able to resolve, however, I'm worried about the clients that have not questioned us and simply walked away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Easyship?
Easyship saves us time fulfilling orders and money with more shipping options. We like the way it works with our shopify store allowing us to ship from multiple locations and multiple stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite thing about easy ship is the custom branded tracking pages. My customers love seeing that. I also love how easy ship shows international customers their estimated customs fees so there are no surprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
