What do you like best about Earned Value?
Numbers speak to me. I can tell where a control account is going by looking at their EVM data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Earned Value?
Gaming the System! I dislike CAMs that try to game to the system to not have to tell the truth about where their control accounts are cost/schedule wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
