Since we use this program for a specific purpose with an API, we really haven't utilized everything E-Courier has to offer. If there is anything negative, there does seem to be a slight delay on the status updates. I wish the product has more depth in its 3PL use case. We're currently using a different 3PL system to satisfy that need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
