What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Cloud based so it saves computer memory space. This is a huge bonus if you have a lot of conputer programs. I also like that information is easy to access and you don't have to flip through multiple screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights?

We used dynamics for 5 years and we were beyond thrilled with the support and customer service. Our system never went down, we got answers right away and because of that we made sure our clients were happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Dynamics can be a little bit more up to date with all of the implications and the software uses like Salesforce has but other than that they are headed in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
