For Duck Creek there are not enough resources available and due to this we stuck in complex situation. Sometimes mapping the fields becomes too critical for private and public fields. After the latest upgrade, it is very difficult to add any stored procedures in the database. Integration of the APIs are quite complex in Duck Creek which should be updated. DuckCreek has tools like Author, Util, Trace Monitor and DCT Server. So, it is easy to use because of these tools. Debugging is also easy because of Trace Monitor. After the new upgrade we are not allowed to make changes in the database, make any stored procedures, any tables. It hampers our ability to work with the database side os appication.
