I use DropContact regularly. I like the fact that they provide a lot of information about the leads we're looking for, and information that can't be found elsewhere for France, such as Business Sector / Siren Number / Siret Number / Registered Office. For all customers, it's perfect for me to have the first name updated (I can send cold emails properly) and also the LinkedIn updated (and not the Sales Navigator as with other solutions). Its really easy to use once you have paid the monthly subscription, I have only ever used the file upload feature and this rarely exceeds the estimated time suggested it will take to produce the results. I find I get significantly increased volume of data vs. traditional platforms outside of Europe and its very cost effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I have the same contact in another file that I recently uploaded, it wont recognise duplicate data records and I end up using more credits. Upon upload, I get an estimated outcome with some tips but the content (YouTube, Forum, URL) is lacking from the user experience to really optimise the outcome (as per their recommendations). Easy to implement and to use, ether in the web app or with nocode tool like n8n.
It allow me to enrich companies whom signup to categorize them in my tiers & contacts to complete the work of my other GTM tools. The CSM is really responsive.

When I reported my ticket, I didn't have a place outside the chat bubble to track my request. So I took a screenshot and kept the window open to avoid losing anything. What I prefer about DropContact is the quality of the data. The emails are always relevant, it's the best GDPR-compliant solution on the market.
Above all, the support is just EXCEPTIONAL with Mrs. Caroline Deparpe who is always attentive and responds personally by email.
Denis Cohen, the CEO, is also one of the best specialists in the market. It's appreciable to be able to work with the best.
