It seems not a transportation planner but a dreamer, who ignores something about traffic or road closures, which can become a cause of slowdowns on a way. For checking out detailed analytical data of all the vehicles that running under our company we need to buy it's subscription and it is a recurring expense and too much costly. So that's why small businesses should need to check a proper a ROI of this application before buying it's monthly plan. However the accuracy of driversnote is not as good as Google map API.
